We have no IT person. Is that a problem?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to back up. The terminal is pointed at our server once, from its own settings menu, and after that everything happens in a browser.
Do we need to buy a new biometric machine?
Usually not. Most existing eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime terminals can be repointed. Send us the model and serial and we will confirm before you spend anything.
